Eligibility:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Request a Refund: Email us at support@rejuvena.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after 30 days
